This bespoke dwelling, located on the end of Ballycotton village overlooking the harbour, reflects the traditional farmhouse forms and is a congenial fit vis a vis the surrounding built environment.
With an emphasis placed on vernacular rural architecture, the two pitched roof forms, single & two storey in height, are joined by a flat roofed middle section which forms the main entrance area. From this main entrance area expanses of glazing puncture the external mass providing wonderful views of Ballycotton Harbour and the Lighthouse beyond. This project was completed in 2018.
